For managers who've been through a leadership workshop

The workshop ends.
The hard part starts Monday.

Most leadership training is a great day and then nothing. ManagerPath keeps going — a baseline you can actually measure, the practices worth repeating, and people doing the same work alongside you.

The gap

A great day. Then your week takes over.

You walked out of that room genuinely ready to lead differently. Then Monday arrived with a full inbox and something on fire, and by Thursday the workbook was in a drawer. That isn't a discipline problem. It happens to almost everyone, because nothing was built to carry the day forward.

Nobody wrote down where you started

Without a baseline, “am I a better manager than I was in March?” has no honest answer. So it stops being asked, and the day becomes a nice memory.

The commitments quietly expire

You named three things you'd do differently. They went on a page, in a binder, in a drawer — with no date on them and nobody to notice they didn't happen.

The material stops when you leave

One intense day, then silence — right at the point you're actually trying the hard parts on real people and getting them wrong.

Two things the research keeps finding: people taking notes by hand miss a large share of what was actually said, and training that isn't followed up or measured mostly doesn't make it back to the job. The day is rarely the problem. The eleven weeks after it are.

How it works

Measure. Commit. Practise. Measure again.

One loop, running quarter after quarter, on the practices your own programme taught you. Pick a step to see it.

Rate yourself against the practices you were just taught — in the room, on the day.

What you get

Small, specific, and hard to ignore.

Anything marked Planned isn't built yet. It matters to us that you can tell which is which before you hand over an email address.

Your baseline, scored

Rate yourself against the practices your programme taught, on a simple scale. One number, plus an honest picture of which practices are carrying you and which aren't.

Quarterly retakes

The same questions, a quarter later. The gap between the two is the actual product — it's the only way anyone finds out whether the day was worth it.

Commitments with dates

The specific things you said you'd do, in front of you, until they're done or you drop them deliberately. Not a to-do list — the short list that came out of the room.

Material aimed at your weak spots

Short pieces tied to the practices you rated yourself lowest on, one idea at a time. Not a course you'll never finish.

A private record that's yours

Your self-assessment is only candid if it's genuinely yours. Nothing goes back to your employer or the person who ran your workshop unless you switch that on.

Planned

Managers outside your company

A small group working the same practices at the same time, from other companies. Nobody who reports to you, nobody who promotes you.

Planned

Your team answers too

The same practices, rated by the people who report to you, next to your own answers. The gap between those is usually the interesting part.

Planned

Rollout for a whole management layer

One view across everyone who went through the programme, for whoever paid for it — without exposing any individual's private answers.

Who it's for

One manager. Or a whole layer of them.

You, personally

You went. It was good. You want it to stick.

Maybe your company paid for the day, maybe you did. Either way the follow-through is yours, and you shouldn't need a budget conversation or anyone's permission to keep going. Priced so you can just decide.

  • Your answers stay private by default
  • Takes minutes a week, not evenings
  • Follows you if you change jobs
For L&D · Planned

You put thirty managers through a programme.

Right now you have thirty good days and no evidence. A shared baseline, taken in the room and retaken each quarter, turns that into something you can put in front of the person who signed the invoice — without reading anyone's private answers.

Group rollout isn't built yet. If this is the version you need, say so on the waitlist and we'll build it with you rather than at you.

Where this actually is

We'd rather tell you the truth than show you a fake logo wall.

Every other site at this stage borrows credibility it hasn't earned. Since the entire product is about honest measurement, starting with an honest page seemed like the only consistent option.

  • 01

ManagerPath is being built right now. There are no customers, no case studies, and no numbers to show you. When there are, they'll be real ones.

  • 02

It's being built with a practising leadership facilitator who runs these workshops, so it gets shaped by what actually happens in the room rather than by guesswork.

  • 03

It's framework-neutral on purpose. Whatever programme you went through, the practices you were taught go in as they are. ManagerPath is independent and isn't affiliated with any leadership programme or methodology.

The waitlist is a waitlist. You aren't buying anything, and there's nothing to log into yet.

Pricing

Cheap enough to just decide.

The point of the price is that it never needs approving. If you have to build a case for it, you won't bother, and the workshop fades anyway.

Placeholder price

For you

One manager, paying for their own follow-through.

$20–30/ month

A genuine placeholder, not an anchor — we haven't set the price yet, and the waitlist is how we'll decide it. Joining commits you to nothing.

  • Baseline and quarterly retakes
  • Commitments with dates
  • Material matched to your lowest-rated practices
  • Your answers private by default
